Lindsey Co (she/they) lives in Westchester, NY. She graduated from Rider University with a B.A. in Popular Music Studies. Though she has a concentration in songwriting, the skills she developed in performance and production have equipped her to be a strong artist and collaborator. Lindsey fostered their love for the arts throughout undergrad– they developed their critical eye as a Film and Media Studies Minor, served as a music director with Rider’s student theater company, and discovered a love for poetry and experimental fiction. She aspires to be a Renaissance woman, but she also is an educator who is passionate about helping students build confidence (and learning from them, too).

As a first-generation Filipino-American, she understands the importance of continued curiosity: the key to personal growth and to deconstructing systems of oppression. This mindset frames everything Lindsey does. Their work seeks to explore the interconnections between people–their environment, their interiority, and their experiences–as a means of fostering empathy and nuance.
